What is Vaping? Is it Safe to Vaporise Your E Liquids?
What exactly is the thing you call an electric cigarette? An electronic cigarette is a modern digital camera which basically replicate the action of cigarette smoking, minus the harmful chemicals. It offers an electric atomizer, a power power supply just like a battery, and a device such as a tank or cartridge. Rather than tobacco, an individual smokes only vapor.
As such, using an electronic cigarette is frequently described as “smoking during your e-pipe”. These devices have caught on with many adult smokers who wish to still get the same level of nicotine from smoking as they Vape Pen did when they were still teens. By just removing one of the chemicals used in smoking, it is rather possible to give up smoking for good. Many vapers also use a device to mimic the taste of cigarettes, thus eliminating the chemical additives that make cigarettes so addictive.
Vaping is becoming very popular in recent years, although there are still some traditionalists who are opposed to it. They think that it’s just another way for tobacco companies to make money by tricking people into buying liquid nicotine. To them, it’s not really a substitute; it’s more like a different drink. That is largely untrue, though, as electric cigarettes have the same effect as drinking a glass of cold water. You’re still getting the liquid nicotine, just in another form.
Just what exactly is vapourising anyway? This question has been bothering many vapers, even those who are against electronic cigarettes. Basically, when you put your finger in your mouth and inhale deeply, what you’re doing is inhaling vapour directly. The vapour travels down your throat and into your stomach. Once there, the body absorbs the vapor, giving you that satisfying sweet, smooth smoking experience that you were looking for.
Many adults, especially parents, are concerned about what is quitting smoking and vaping can do to kids. The concern is that kids that are continually exposed to e-cigs will grow up with an addiction to them. They’ll continue steadily to take in the vapor into their bodies, until they can not stop themselves.
But although we have no idea what long term effects of smoking may have on kids, it’s safe to state that the dangers of vapour exposure are much less than that of cigarettes. When you light a cigarette, the tar and toxic chemicals are inhaled directly into your lungs, into your bloodstream and into your blood stream. They enter your blood stream immediately, so if you’re a smoker or don’t smoke at all, then you won’t be affected. If you’re a heavy smoker however, then you will probably suffer from long term health consequences. But using what concerns do we have in what is vaping exactly?
You can assume that because whatever you do is inhale the e-liquid, you will not be affected by what’s vaping. But the truth is that whenever you vaporise the liquid, you’re inhaling a chemical cocktail of nicotine, tar, acidic gasses along with other noxious agents. You are breathing this chemical cocktail in every day each day. So imagine breathing that in regularly, not to mention the point that you are probably coughing, hacking and wheezing once you do it. If you have ever been in a car, bus or train whilst smoking, then you can certainly almost imagine how your lungs will feel after one day without smoking – they’ll feel like they’re full of acid.
Also remember that you will be inhaling e-juice, that is also very harmful if inhaled in any great volume. We have known that nicotine is absorbed into the blood stream through your skin if it is rubbed in to the mouth or held beneath the nose for some time. And that means you have just increased your likelihood of getting lung cancer or other cancers from vaporising your e-juice. This is the reason so many people are actually switching to using electric cigarettes instead of smoking normal cigarettes.
